Q. Is Unstackr an on-premises or a cloud-based solution?
A. Unstackr can be licensed as a SaaS solution, a PaaS solution, or fully installed on-prem. Because Unstackr is cloud-native, it can be hosted with the cloud provider of your choice (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Q. Can Unstackr capture data in forms that have already been filled out?
A. Yes! Unstackr differentiates between the form and the data. Unstackr uses sophisticated optical character recognition (OCR), optical mark recognition (OMR), and a Machine Learning (ML)-powered data parser to extract data from the forms.
Q. Is Unstackr a self-service solution or does your company offer professional services to design/convert/extract data from the forms?
A. Clients can create, convert, or extract data from their forms on their own or we can provide these services.
Q. Does Unstackr store data?
A. By design, Unstackr moves the data captured through applications to data repositories of your choosing, including local databases, cloud databases, and data lake in your cloud tenant. In integration scenarios, data can also be delivered to external services and systems, e.g., document management systems.
Q. What pre-built integrations are available?
A. Unstackr has pre-built connectors to various systems (e.g., SharePoint, Stripe, DocuSign). These connectors enable rapid integration with a variety of applications. Unstackr can also connect to other systems through a web services integration.
Q. How do we get started with Unstackr?
A. We work collaboratively with each customer to deploy Unstackr to your environment and begin building Unstackr applications. We accelerate the necessary work to ingest and deploy the first few forms, as well as help your staff understand how to use the platform.
